Cross Country

Cross Country Reflection


WALT: improve our fitness levels


This term we are training for cross country and recording how many laps we can do

in 15 minutes. I can do 8   laps in 15 minutes. My goal is to do  10   laps by the end of the term. I will achieve this by trying my hardest and training at home and try not to walk and  train at school.
